2013 Vendor Application will be available for download on February 1, 2013

The Helena Business Association (HBA) and The Buck Creek Festival (BCF) cordially invite you and/or your organization to participate in the Buck Creek Festival (BCF) to be held Friday, May 10th and Saturday May 11th. We expect a great day of music, arts and crafts, food, and children’s activities, and we want you to be a part of the festivities.

Please read the following guidelines carefully and complete the enclosed application. Applications are due by April 30, 2013. Space is limited. Applications are considered on a first come, first serve basis. Click here for application.

The Buck Creek Festival is proud to begin its twelfth year as one of the leading fund raising events in the Birmingham metropolitan area.  Our festival attracts visitors and crafters/vendors from all over the Southern united states. We have participants from the states of Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Georgia and Tennessee, among others.

Festival Notes

The Buck Creek Festival is a free, family-friendly community event held on the second weekend of May in Helena's Amphitheater Park. On the banks of Buck Creek, just below the dam, the heavily wooded site together with the incredible stage provides a wonderful venue for people of all ages to enjoy crafts, children's activities, great food, and fabulous music.  During the life of the Festival, over $170,000 has been returned to the community for a variety of projects that benefit all of Helena.
